Great League Draft Tournament

Since there are no Silph.gg backed cup for September (in preparation for Season 2), we’ve decided to run a Great League Draft PvP tournament! For those who may be unfamiliar with the draft format, it’s easy! Participants are randomly assigned a drafting order (1 to 8, for example), and will pick one Pokémon to fill their team during each round until your six Pokémon have been selected. These picks cannot be changed and every Pokemon can only be picked once, so it’s essential to make sure your team is well-rounded!

We’ll be doing our draft over Discord. The draft will start at 4:00 PM on September 19th in the #pvp-draft channel (which requires the @PvP role. To assign the role to yourself put the command `a!iam PvP` in #pokenav-commands channel). Each user will pick and then @ the person who picks after them in the drafting order, and picks will be tracked and posted by Enarem in a Google Sheet available to everyone. After teams are selected, feel free to practice with your team in the time leading up to our in-person tournament.

If you’re interested, please indicate in the #tournament-chat channel, and Enarem will add you to the list. Sign-ups will be closed around 12:00 PM on September 19th to allow participants ample time to complete their draft.
